White Chocolate Dipped Chewy Maple Cookies for Christmas

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Toppings & Decorations
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients and gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  3. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool cookies on wire rack.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the chocolate, then decorate with sprinkles or nuts. Let set before serving.
