Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients and mix into wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool cookies on wire rack.
- Melt white chocolate chips in microwave, dip cooled cookies halfway, and decorate as desired. Let set before serving.
