Ingredients
  

Dried ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients and syrup; mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop batter onto baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Cool muffins before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
