Ingredients
  

Green Beans
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 cups crispy fried onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch green beans for 5 minutes, drain.
  3. Mix soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Add green beans and half of onions.
  4. Transfer to a greased dish, top with cheese and remaining onions, sprinkle Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of thyme or paprika before baking.
