Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Mash bananas and stir in melted butter.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and brown sugar; mix well. Combine dry ingredients separately and fold into wet mixture.
- Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and sprinkle reserved walnuts and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, covering with foil halfway through. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips for best flavor.
