Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch green beans for 3-5 minutes, drain.
- Sauté mushrooms until softened.
- Mix soup, yogurt, broth, garlic, onion, and pepper; add green beans and mushrooms.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with crispy onions and cheese, then bake 25-30 mins.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of thyme or paprika.
