Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with honey, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and other dry ingredients, then combine with wet mixture.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of nuts or chocolate chips.
