Ingredients

  • 3 pieces bananas ripe
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with honey, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and other dry ingredients, then combine with wet mixture.
  4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool before slicing.

Notes
