Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk together dry ingredients: almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in nuts and chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into pan, bake for 45-55 minutes, cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of nutmeg or vanilla.
