Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, then whisk in coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, coconut oil, vanilla, and vinegar.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently fold until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts if using, then transfer batter to the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, cool for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional chocolate chips and walnuts on top before baking.
