Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces very ripe bananas (with black spots)
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  2. Add melted butter, vanilla, and stir well.
  3. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 8×4-inch loaf pan.
