  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into pan, bake 50-60 minutes, cool before slicing.
