Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a bread pan.
- Mash bananas, add egg, melted butter, vanilla, pumpkin, and sugar; mix until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients and pumpkin spice; combine with wet ingredients gently.
- Fold in 3/4 cup chocolate chips, pour batter into pan, and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
