Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
