Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
Almond Flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Add almond flour, oats, honey, baking soda, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Cool cookies before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
