Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas, mashed
Butter
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Salt
  • Pinch pinch of salt
Sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
Egg
  • 1 large beaten egg
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
  3. Stir in baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour and chopped walnuts, then pour into pan.
  5. Bake for 60-65 minutes; cool before serving.
