Vegetables
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 pound pounds ground turkey
  • 3 cloves cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onions chopped
  • 2 cups cups marinara sauce
  • 0.25 cup cups fresh basil chopped

Method
 

  1. Roast the spaghetti squash until tender.
  2. Scrape out the strands with a fork.
  3. Sauté ground turkey with garlic and onions.
  4. Add marinara sauce and simmer.
  5. Combine with spaghetti strands and basil. Serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan.
