Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

- Beat butter and brown sugar until light, then add eggs, honey, vanilla, sourdough, bananas, and zucchini.

- Pour batter into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, cool before slicing.
