Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: sourdough starter, bananas, sugars, butter, eggs, vanilla.
- Whisk dry ingredients: baking soda, salt, flour.
- Combine dry with wet, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 50-60 mins, cool before serving.

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and mash well.
