Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in mashed bananas. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
