Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Main ingredient
  • 3 ripe bananas bananas, mashed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir in mashed bananas. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
  5. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
