Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, then add bananas, milk, and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients. Do not overmix.
- Fold in walnuts and optional ingredients. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and do not overmix the batter.
