Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add honey, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Combine oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl, then add dry to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using, then pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with extra cinnamon or top with a drizzle of honey.
