Vanilla Extract

Sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
Egg
  • 1 large beaten egg
Flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
Oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add sugar and beaten egg; stir until combined.
  4. Mix in flour, oats, and chocolate chips; pour into pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes; cool before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
