Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet, mixing gently.
- Fold in walnuts, pour batter into pan, and bake 50-60 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and fresh walnuts.
