Method
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Butter two loaf pans.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, and bananas. Combine with dry ingredients.
- Divide batter into pans and bake for 60 minutes. Cool before removing.
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas for extra flavor and moisture.
