Ingredients
  

Oatmeal Base
  • 2 medium Ripe Bananas Mashed with a fork
  • 2.5 cups Oats Rolled or quick
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 medium Carrot Grated
  • 0.25 cup Pecans Chopped
  • 2 tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 2 cups Milk
Topping
  • 1.5 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 0.5 block Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbs Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 cup Pecans Chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash bananas, add oats, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, carrot, pecans, maple syrup, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Place in a 9x9 baking pan and bake for 40 min.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, and syrup with an electric mixer until airy.
  5. Cool oats, spread whipped topping, sprinkle pecans, and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add other toppings like shredded coconut or dried fruit!
