  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch pan.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet; fold in cranberries.
  5. Pour batter into pan; bake 25-30 mins. Cool and cut into bars.
