Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas, then stir in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in baking soda and salt, then fold in flour until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes; cool before slicing.
