Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix mashed bananas and melted butter, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, salt, and fold in flour and cinnamon. Mix gently.
- If desired, fold in chopped walnuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased, parchment-lined loaf pan and cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
