  • additional powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and powdered sugar, then mix in vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, salt, and nuts; shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. While warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar; cool and dust again.
