Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Blanch green beans for 5 minutes, drain.
- Mix cream cheese, mushroom soup, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine green beans and half of the cheddar cheese with the mixture.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or paprika on top before baking.
