Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan or grease lightly.
- Mash bananas, then mix in eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add dry to wet, stir gently. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, and flaxseed.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 50–60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
