Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
Almond Flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
Eggs
  • 3 large eggs
Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut oil
Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Salt
  • Pinch salt
Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Nuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan or grease lightly.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix in eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry to wet, stir gently. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, and flaxseed.
  5. Pour batter into pan, bake 50–60 minutes. Cool before slicing.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
