  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder optional
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pound the thickest part of each chicken breast until evenly thin or cut in half horizontally.
  3. Toss chicken with spices and oil until coated. Arrange in baking dish.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
