Method

- Pound the thickest part of each chicken breast until evenly thin or cut in half horizontally.
- Toss chicken with spices and oil until coated. Arrange in baking dish.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
