Bananas
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix in almond flour, oats, honey, baking soda, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Scoop batter into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool before slicing and serving.
