- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, then add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in flour until just combined.
- Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, and flour until smooth. Dollop half onto batter in pan.
- Add remaining batter and cream cheese dollops. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing from pan.
Notes
Ensure bananas are fully mashed for moist bread. Swirl gently for best marbling effect.
