Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients including mashed bananas and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, swirl in cinnamon sugar mixture for a cinnamon swirl effect.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
