Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Blanch green beans for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse.
- Mix mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add green beans and stir.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with half of the fried onions, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove, stir, top with remaining onions, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of garlic powder or cheese.
