Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 3 pieces chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Mac & Cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Marinate the chicken with oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet for 10-15 minutes, then stir in butter, honey, and parsley; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, cook garlic for 2-3 minutes, then pour in cream and simmer.
  4. Add cheeses and spices, stir until smooth, then combine with cooked pasta and simmer briefly.
  5. Serve warm or store in containers for meal prep.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional parsley before serving.
