Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese; simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine. Serve hot.
