Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas and drain cottage cheese.
- Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in bananas.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and protein powder. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 50–55 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
Using ripe bananas and well-drained cottage cheese enhances flavor and texture.
