Ingredients
  

Fruits and Dairy
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Gradually add dry to wet, stirring until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan, bake 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
