Bananas
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas, mashed
Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
Eggs
  • 2 large eggs
Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt

Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix with Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Pour batter into pan, bake for 50-60 minutes, cool before slicing.
