Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix in Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, cool, then slice and serve.
