Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Blend all ingredients except blueberries until smooth.
- Gently fold in half the blueberries.
- Shape dough into cookies, pressing blueberries on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool and enjoy.
Notes
Using fresh blueberries enhances flavor; store leftovers in an airtight container.
