Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blend all ingredients except blueberries until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in half the blueberries.
  4. Shape dough into cookies, pressing blueberries on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool and enjoy.

Notes

Using fresh blueberries enhances flavor; store leftovers in an airtight container.
