Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C (fan).
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix.
- Fold in most chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Pour batter into a loaf pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top, and bake for 30-45 minutes.
- Check doneness with a skewer after 30 minutes; cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
