Method
- Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half. Freeze 2-3 hours, or overnight.
- Assemble toppings you plan to add.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat or in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip frozen banana halves into the chocolate, let excess drip off, and add toppings.
- Return bananas to the freezer for a few minutes to harden. Store in an airtight bag.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas for best results.
