  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank's RedHot recommended)
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • Ranch seasoning to taste Optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine chicken, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, green onions, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Optional: Add ranch seasoning to taste.
  5. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  7. Serve with vegetables, whole-wheat crackers, or baked tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more buffalo wing sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
