  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder and peanut butter to the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt to the batter.
