Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
