Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry, fold in blueberries, and divide batter into muffin cups.
- Sprinkle oats on top if desired and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and serve.
